Every school has different requirements, available space and learning priorities. We therefore begin by understanding the school before recommending an appropriate laboratory setup.

Initial consultation
Contact us by telephone, email or through the website. We discuss the classes and age groups to be served, number of students, available room or display space, curriculum, expectations of teachers and management, and any workshop or training needs.

Requirement assessment
We identify the models, displays and learning materials most suitable for the school. Where helpful, photographs or measurements of the proposed room may be requested.

Laboratory plan and proposal
The school receives a recommended setup covering suggested models, display and storage, room organisation, teacher orientation, delivery and installation, plus estimated cost and schedule.

Preparation and delivery
Selected mathematical models and supporting materials are prepared, checked and safely packed for delivery to the school.

Installation and organisation
Models are arranged so they are visible, accessible and logically grouped — covering areas such as arithmetic, algebra, geometry, mensuration, fractions, measurements, shapes and mathematical reasoning.

Teacher orientation
Teachers are introduced to the models and shown how to connect them with classroom lessons. The focus is practical use, not merely display.

Student demonstration
Where included in the agreed programme, an introductory demonstration helps students explore the laboratory responsibly and productively.

Continuing guidance
Support can continue after installation to help teachers use the laboratory effectively, answer questions and plan suitable classroom activities.
